buying my car from the dealership was awful. i was young and very much "forced" to buy it. Not a fan of the whole process and as im older realize the bad stuff they put me through. Along with that everytime i go get an oil change (i was talked to do the package) they always leave my car messy and smudged. you can tell the employees are lackluster when it comes to their job. once my oil package is done with,i wont ever return to this dealership and i tell people not to go. We service our 2021 Hyundai Elantra at this dealership due to location. They have always been courteous and professional. Noor was completely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
