Lousy dealership. Had car towed twice from Autonation. I dropped car on a Monday. He said Thursday we will look at it. I dropped by on Wednesday and he said tomorrow Thursday we will look at. It's now Tuesday 5 days after he said they would look at it. Just lousy service at this dealership. I'm having car towed again from Autonation to another dealership that actually tells the truth and my car is getting in right away. Autonation wasted 8 days of my time. My car sat for 8 days. I had it towed twice from this dealership costing close to $500 because Zachary Mobley said they can't do warranty work because Vandergriff Hyundai did the original warranty repairs they had to fix it. So the car had to be towed to Vandergriff after it was already at Autonation for 3 days. Now I spoke to Mr. Caldera when I got my key fob back and he lied to me also. He said it would be looked at on 25th of April and I recorded our conversation. He's now saying he said maybe we could get it in. I returned to Autonation on Wednesday and spoke to Mr. Caldera again and he said Thursday they will look at it. So I text him Friday and he replied we haven't looked at it. I dropped by Saturday to talk to him and he was off. So essentially my car sat the entire 8 days and in the same spot and never once got looked at. I've never been treated so poorly by a Company. I had the car towed to Hiley Hyundai and the car is already being looked at today the same day it was towed in. If you want to be lied to and given the runaround this is the place you want. They absolutely don't care about customer service. I'll never recommend Autonation for anything. I even put a blog on AA employee website on Facebook to avoid this place at all cost. That's over 10,000 members on that page that live locally in Dallas Fort Worth area. If you want great service use Vandergriff Hyundai in Arlington or Hiley Hyundai in Fort Worth. Everything went great. But after everything they answered all questions we had. Wish the break room would have had drinks and food. Our kids played with other kids there and employees did great looking out for the kids while we were busy buying a car. Sales people were awesome everyone made sure we were taken care of when we walked the parking lot. More

Mr. Jaden, was very professional came out viewed our trade in showed us the Lexus and which we were purchasing told us what we were expecting to receive from our trade in we satisfied. Meet with Mr. Seth Baker who went over some extra packages and which we decided we would come back and revisit it later, paid for our new used vehicle, Mr. Jaden, explain to us that they needed to finish doing some cosmetic work on the Lexus, and It wouldn't be able until 03/14/2024 so they we're nice enough to get us a Uber a Lyft home, Then we received a call from Mr. Jaden, saying it would be ready on 03/06/2024, and then due to the weather it would not be ready until 03/08/2024 then we received a text stating that we should talk to Ian in the After-Sales Department For update about the vehicle and they told me to refer my question to my sale person who told me my vehicle should be ready Monday 03/11/2024 so the time is 11:19 a.m and I'm waiting for them to call to let me know that my wife and I New Used Vehicle Is Ready. Most Of All We're Very Excited Because Mr. Jaden, Has promised us that we're really going to love how it looks when we receive it, He's a very Nice Man, Friendly Guy, and I Have To Believe Godly Person.
