Kinda late to care. I have attempted so many times to no sign of concern. By now this dealership should know me hoping I go away but no just found out I got scammed by a manager and sales personnel. Why I was very stress, take advantage of that, senior citizen, hispanic?????well doesn't quite work that way with ALL THAT FALLS IN MY CATEGORY. I even called corporate office, send them a list of how I got scammed, things done by a large dealership against Texas law and use car sales regulations????? You can call if you won't be making excuses for Justine, I too was having a "BAD DAY" but didn't except to be cheated big time. Yes, I have got prove not stupid. Rosalinda Leal 4692855312, i refuse to listen to "EXCUSES" I AM DONE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING COMPLAINTS & CONSIDERING A ATTORNEY MAYBE CLASS ACTION SUIT. I was lied & cheated to by finance manager, Justin Moore. I purchased a use car which was NEVER inspected just needed to make a sale. The worst is that when I went to talj to Justin he told me I didn't need Gap insurance but had to purchase extended warranty to get approved by a finance company. He quoted me $248.00 so fine I signed littke did I know he had me sign a maintenance warranty fir 3 yes 3 oil changes and all this time I was being forced/lued to get oil change insurance which I was doubg my own full synethic oil change. Then did Justin also charge me $1552.00 for a "EXTENDED WARRANTY" that he never has given me any papers as policy numbet who to call or what yet I pointed this fraud done to me and the finance company David the finance director also did not give me any informatuon as what i was charged $1552.00 for, he ignored me there. Director and manager doung this illegal tactics to cheat a senior citizen, female is wrong. I have tried to talj to general manager but it just falls on deaf ears. Now it's time to talk to corp in Florida and fike complaints with agencies on their practices. I suggest whoever dealt with Justin look over your papers and see what he snunk in your contract.

NOW the General Manager Ryan has decided to get involved in what he should have been involved in from my first visit to how his employees scammed me there. He wasn't there but he sure knows what took place. It took over 8 months to provide me with copies of the extended warranty and the add on of car care maintenance which is 3 oil changes that was 'FORCED ON MY FINANCE CONTRACT". Now come to find out the deductible is NOT $200.00, Justin forgot to say "$200.00 is you use AutoNation but if you go elsewhere it is $400.00, how convenient for him to forget and forget to give me a copy. But then I would have picked up where the $248.00 he told me was the price for the warranty was really the charge for his forced car care maintenance. THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO LEARN THE REGULATIONS AND TEXAS LAWS. LIES IS ALL I HAVE HEARD FROM THEM. IF JUSTIN MOORE DID YOUR CONTRACT LOOK VERY CAREFULLY WHAT HE "ADDED ON" TO MAKE COMMISSION AND BE THE TOP PERFORMER. THEIR CONTINUED LIES WILL ONLY COST THEM MORE. NEVER WILL USE OR RECOMMEND AUTO NATION. THE EASY WAY OUT FOR THEM IS "WE'LL REFUND YOU THE MONEY" NO THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE OF THE SCAMMERS WORKING THERE. I WILL DO NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE MYSELF WHOLE.
