We purchased a beautiful Nissan Altima, the steering wheel shaked on the way home,I called the sales person,Alli.When I gave her my name,,she said I will call you right back,,,,,she never did. We took it to a known mechanic,,,gave us an estimate for $3800. The service manager called the mechanic mom &pop shop,,,,but did want the copy of the estimate.If your such a great service shop,why do you need the copy you insulted? The service dept. kept my car 4 or 5 days,plus a wkend. Some man's shoes were in the back seat,I believe someone drove my car while in your possession.Worst experience in purchasing /service. Service dept did a rotate and balance of tires.I feel that was minimum job,I have to take my car to another repair shop to get another opinion. David and Amy Coyle More
