On Saturday, I purchased the 2017 VW Golf but the lumbar support on an otherwise outstanding car killed my back. Ryan Lovin actually contacted me on Saturday evening to see how the Golf was doing and I exp support on an otherwise outstanding car killed my back. It helped but not enough to keep the Golf. I told him that I would be returning the Golf Monday morning. And bright and early Monday morning, I brought the Golf back and Ryan Lovin and Ryan Schell helped me to find a suitable vehicle, Buick Regal, which was located at that Audi Plano. I test drove the Regal and it was perfect. They retrieved the vehicle from the Plano dealership and had detailed it. They had me back on the road and in West Texas by 8:30pm. Signed for a pre owned vehicle, the price was fair, and had 63,349 miles. The vehicle I received had 14k more miles, hail damage, broken bumper, etc etc etc. This store still hasn’t gotten back to me! I ke had 63,349 miles.
