The customer service at this dealership service center and collision center is extremely bad, they handled my situation VERY POORLY and I am extremely disappointed at the lack of respect and understanding and collision center is extremely bad, they handled my situation VERY POORLY and I am extremely disappointed at the lack of respect and understanding for what has happened. My advice is DO NOT go to used Hyundai service or collision center in NRH. I bought a 2021 Hyundai Kona at World Car Hyundai in San Antonio with major paint issues, painting chipping off both back doors, and small chips all over the car, turning into way bigger spots every single day. More then 30 spots all over my vehicle. Paint is bubbling, and chipping all over the vehicle. Hyundai of NRH had no interest in helping with my vehicle. They made a case with Hyundai to see what they will cover, when Hyundai of San Antonio said they would fix all of it because of “paint defects”. The case ended up covering ONLY the doors, when the ENTIRE CAR is chipping like wild fire. Hyundai NRH keeps telling me that it is because of “outside influences, rocks, or nicking the paint” the paint started chipping 13 days after i bought the vehicle & it is just progressing into huge spots. World Car in San Antonio told me to go to the Hyundai place CLOSEST to my house which is NRH Hyundai service- who are ZERO HELP. The NRH Hyundai employees and manager were extremely rude, condescending, treated me like i have no idea what i am talking about. I DO NOT appreciate being spoken to like this AT ALL. When i spoke with the manager he was rude, kept speaking over me and getting louder, COMPLETELY DISREGARDED me and my concerns. I told him my grandfather had bought many cars from Hyundai recently (7-8) and he proceeded to speak over me and say “ it wouldn’t matter if he bought 100 cars” it is very nice to know all of our money spent means nothing to Hyundai and it’s managers. I also do not appreciate buying a car, with major paint defects, being told it will get fixed, and NO ONE willing to help with this at all. DO NOT BUY FROM HYUNDAI - THEY WILL NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKES OR RIGHT THEIR WRONGS. More

Waited over a week for repairs that were promised at time of purchase. Was promised a loaner car while repairs were being done and did not receive one. The sales guy that supposedly organized the repairs had no idea what was going on. Was told the car was waiting for parts but nothing was replaced. The car we purchased had non-oem infotainment system that we are still having issues with. When I requested to speak to the General Manager of the dealership, I was denied. When leaving messages for the Sales Manager calls were never returned. I cannot, will not and do not recommend buying from AutoNation. More
