In November of 2022, I bought a 2023 Tucson from Hiley Hyundai in Burleson Tx. This was the most pleasant experience I ever experienced. Then in December of 2022, I helped my mom buy a 2023 Tucson Limited Hyundai in Burleson Tx. This was the most pleasant experience I ever experienced. Then in December of 2022, I helped my mom buy a 2023 Tucson Limited Edition at Reliable Hyundai in Springfield Missouri and helped my mom have a very pleasant experience. So, just a week ago, I took my wife to AutoNation Hyundai in North Richland Hills expecting the same treatment and I was shocked. These people do not live up to other Hyundai Dealerships. They play all the sales games we've all grown accustomed to. To be honest, if they would not have had the exact car my wife and I wanted, we would have walked out. To make this review simple, they played all the sales games known to man, way too many to list...to add insult to injury, my wife still can't use her app to access the car. The bluelink specialist says the dealer needs to register the car...good luck with that. If I could rate this dealer a negative star I would. More
