The good: they had EXACTLY the vehicle I was looking for. They had the only one in the entire DFW metroplex. It had been delivered just two hours before I arrived. Celeste did a very good job during the sales process. She sent several videos that explains some of the features for me to watch. The not so good: I wasn’t allowed to take the vehicle on the freeway during the test drive. My friend who was helping me pick out a car was not allowed to drive it at all. I was supposed to receive an NFC card but didn’t. So I had to go back to the dealership to get it and have it programmed. They automatically sell front windshield and side window tinting from an aftermarket company. The job that was done was very poor. The window looks continually dirty. In spite of being at the dealership for several hours waiting on various things there was no attempt to walk through any of the settings to help fill the time. When with the F&I manager I specifically asked if there was a break-in period for the engine. He said no, however the owners manual said there was. The other issues concern Bluelink support (I would rate them very poorly) and marketing for allowing people to think that digital jet works on an apple iPhone. No matter what you read online just know that it doesn’t work, hence the need for the NFC card. The NFC card won’t be as secure since there won’t be any security to make sure the holder isn’t a bad actor unlike a phone which requires credentials to unlock. More
I’ve used this service department on a few occasions. They give good advice, options, etc. Work is done within the time frame they commit to, which helps with planning. They communicate well. They do have an opportunity to go above and beyond and wow customers with a car wash or such when the vehicle is being returned. This is my only reason for not giving a 5⭐️ More

Before buying a car, the dealer seemed to be an angel, although he was angry at me at the end of the deal. After buying a car, the dealer seems to return to heaven: he has not replied to my questions and although he was angry at me at the end of the deal. When I visited one month later, I could not meet my dealer because he did not respond to me, and another person explained kindly the benefit I have that my dealer had not explained to me. I am so disappointed with my dealer, but other people are kind whenever I visit this dealership. This low rating is about my dealer. More
