I cannot say enough good things about the service at this dealership. I had been dealing with ongoing issues with my vehicle for months, so I was very apprehensive to take it to yet another shop. Jorge Caldera was able to get my vehicle looked at and repaired sooner than I could have ever hoped for. He was honest and transparent- which, we all know how rare that is, not just in the auto service industry, but everywhere these days. Despite my mother and I expressing much frustration over the entire experience pertaining to my vehicle's problems, Jorge remained courteous, understanding, kind, calm, professional, and empathetic. Much to my surprise, he also maintained frequent communication with me with updates about my vehicle’s repair status. I can only imagine how many rude and frustrated people he has to deal with on a daily basis, but Jorge always remained kind. I won't forget that. During the time that my vehicle was being diagnosed, I knew there was a chance that it might not be worth fixing, and I spoke to the sales department as well. Allyson, I believe her name was, was the easiest person to discuss sales with. She was not pushy in any way, she was relatable, and seemed genuinely interested in finding me something that would fit me. I do not necessarily live close to North Richland Hills, but I am making AutoNation Hyundai NRH my new preferred location for service. This experience was nothing less than a positive one.
