Spoke to the sales manager, only to find out where they get the attitude. The manager also insisted on a credit app before even telling me what he would sell the vehicle for.. Nobody that has ever purchased or at least a vehicle Would be stupid enough to give credit information to someone else specially over the phone just to get A monthly price on a particular vehicle. If people do that, what that means is, if you don’t like the price then next dealership you go to you’ll have to run another credit report. Imagine if you go to four or five dealerships. Your credit score will drop over 100 points.. This place attitude is horrible. Professionalism sucks Sales tactics suck looking out for this. Customer sucks. Imagine if this is at the beginning when you’re trying to buy a vehicle I can imagine what the service and attitude would be after you buy it recommendations stay away from this place. More

Would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for Ian the “manager”. We bought a used jeep a few weeks ago and the entire process was great, from the salesman to financing. A few weeks later we had some very minor issues with the floor board carpet. Made an appointment to have it looked and that’s where I met Ian. It’s obvious that he has no professional mannerism or customer service. This guy shouldn’t be “managing” anything. As a small business owner myself, I would not tolerate his incompetence. I found the original salesman, AB, and he took care of it… took about 5 minutes to fix. I’ll recommend this place, just be sure to stay away from Ian the “manager”. More

Bought the truck. Went for a test drive with Ryan the salesman. Noticed drivers side a/c was stuck on heat. Rayan talk to your shop. They knew there was a problem & planned on repairing it. So now I’ve been waiting for someone to call me to bring it back for repairs. It’s hot . Really shouldn’t have advertised it until repairs were done. So now I’m stuck with no a/c for who knows how long. The mechanic is guessing it’s just an actuator motor. Hope he’s right. Because if it’s the door flapper, that’s a 15 hour job. This truck is my only transportation. So it’s very frustrating. Every one was nice and easy to work with. But the truck not being ready ruins that. Hopefully it all eventually gets taken care of smoothly. More

I would give this service department a zero if I could! Took my Palisade in with very specific instructions of what's going on with my A/C. They don't touch the vehicle for 4 days to even diagnose. When they finally do diagnose, they tell me I have a leak somewhere. No correspondence whatsoever. After having my vehicle for 2 weeks, my husband drives over to speak with the service Mgr John Harrelson who did not make good on his promises. We also found out that the issue I brought my car in for service was never put on the service ticket. Incompetence at its finest. We will never use this dealership for service again. More
