I took my car in for regular scheduled maintenance and, ONCE AGAIN, the air filter had to be ordered after my arrival causing a longer wait time. I don't understand why all parts are not ordered ahead of ONCE AGAIN, the air filter had to be ordered after my arrival causing a longer wait time. I don't understand why all parts are not ordered ahead of time since my appointments were made well in advance and they have the make and model of my car (shm). Then, while waiting, I discovered the chair I was sitting in had bed bugs. I was bitten multiple times! I reported this to the first employee I saw who said, okay, and promptly turned his back and returned to his cell phone. Eventually, I found and reported the situation to my service representative who promptly checked the chair, confirmed there were bed bugs, apologized, and removed the chair from the waiting area. Not another word from anyone, including management. More

Had an issue with the fuel door not opening. Will at the dealership was able to get the problem resolved and replaced the malfunctioning part with an hour. No appointment was needed. I took my 2014 Sonata in for a recall notice for the anti-theft update, Tommy Lee the assistant Service Mgr took care of me and explained the process.
