I use this location for service due to proximity. However, it’s near impossible to get anyone on the phone or to give you any straight answers. I have to find my paperwork but the girl I worked with is what got them a star. She was great and obviously overworked and under supported. She heard me and did what she could to help me. Including “finding” my stereo that was ordered in March. In spite of several attempts in looking for updates apparently the stereo was sent back to the factory bc no one called me to tell me they had it and they returned it instead. More
I scheduled an appointment for a recall notice regarding our Santa Fe last week. I took the vehicle in yesterday to have the recall part replaced. I was called several hours later saying that the dealer had our Santa Fe last week. I took the vehicle in yesterday to have the recall part replaced. I was called several hours later saying that the dealer had run out of the parts and to pick up the car with the work not completed. I had expected the dealer to be able to count how many parts they would be receiving and then not schedule an more cars over the amount they would receive. Did that happen? NO IT DIDN'T. I don't know when I can make another appointment as the guy who gave us our Fob back just left a sticky note on the service techs computer. As there was only one service tech in the shop and he was on the phone. More

My Santa Fe was due for an oil change. tried to schedule an appointment with my local dealer but was told they don't any open appointment for two weeks so I scheduled one at AutoNation Hyu tried to schedule an appointment with my local dealer but was told they don't any open appointment for two weeks so I scheduled one at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of GA. Was greeted upon arrival by Aimee - friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable. Even though the building is being renovated/added on, they did the best they could to accommodate customers waiting for service. Only reason for the 3-star rating is the fact that the technician who performed the service left oily smudges everywhere - the steering wheel, the start button, the hood, the engine protective cover. I get it, they work under less than ideal conditions, but it's the little things that make the difference. I am in the service industry myself, so I understand it's not totally the tech's fault. It's a broken system. Would I return? Probably, as my local dealership is not that great. Hopefully they can develop and improve the process of delivering a good customer experience. More
