Thier service department is excellent. I am retired and needed to apply for DigniFi car credit card to break down my over all payments due to work I needed done. John service representative was amazing !! Best experience ever. He was knowledgable called me numerous times with updates . Helped me manuver through a guestimate of monthly payments. Kept me informed on my car's progress. They accomplished completing the work a day earlier, while thier building is under construction remodling and swamped with work. Honestly John made me want to call his Mother and tell her what a " good human" she raised lol. John made you feel like you were a friend vs a customer. This service department is a 10 star place. How you treat a customer matters . I will tell anyone with a Hyundai go see Justin or John. You will be happy. More
I use this location for service due to proximity. However, it’s near impossible to get anyone on the phone or to give you any straight answers. I have to find my paperwork but the girl I worked with is what got them a star. She was great and obviously overworked and under supported. She heard me and did what she could to help me. Including “finding” my stereo that was ordered in March. In spite of several attempts in looking for updates apparently the stereo was sent back to the factory bc no one called me to tell me they had it and they returned it instead. More

I scheduled an appointment for a recall notice regarding our Santa Fe last week. I took the vehicle in yesterday to have the recall part replaced. I was called several hours later saying that the dealer had our Santa Fe last week. I took the vehicle in yesterday to have the recall part replaced. I was called several hours later saying that the dealer had run out of the parts and to pick up the car with the work not completed. I had expected the dealer to be able to count how many parts they would be receiving and then not schedule an more cars over the amount they would receive. Did that happen? NO IT DIDN'T. I don't know when I can make another appointment as the guy who gave us our Fob back just left a sticky note on the service techs computer. As there was only one service tech in the shop and he was on the phone. More
