AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia - Service Center

Appears not only is the show room having a makeover. ..so is the service dept. I made an appt on-line. I got right in. And, that was really good because when I pulled up at 8:20 for my 8:30 appt, there w ..so is the service dept. I made an appt on-line. I got right in. And, that was really good because when I pulled up at 8:20 for my 8:30 appt, there were several cars in front of me!!! The reps in the service dept were extremely friendly. I was also very happy to see that Hyundai populates your info regardless of where you bought your car. We bought our 2022 Santa Fe in South Carolina because the price was better. We had also bought an extended warranty on the electronics. ALL that information was in their system....including the info on my courtesy oil changes (which I had forgotten about), More

Poor customer service. Treated me as if I was invisible. My service appointment time versus when they were ready for me was a joke. I was told when making the appointment that it should take about an hour. I left the dealer and will have the work done at another Hyundai dealer More

I was actually very impressed on how fast I was in and out from the service dept.
