I took my car in yesterday for a checkup…. change oil, rotate tires,etc. I was extremely pleased with service man, Albert, He was so kind, helpful and understanding with me. I had a factory recall and scheduled it for the same, the wait time was 3 hours for a VCU unit, I bought the car from the same dealership like 6 months ago, so the sales agent saw and offered a free detailin wait time was 3 hours for a VCU unit, I bought the car from the same dealership like 6 months ago, so the sales agent saw and offered a free detailing. I waited for more than 2 hours for the detailing to find that my car was not cleaned even 30% and when i checked with the service rep he said detailing is a seperate unit and this doesn't come under them, Also I had my LED cover broken before but the LED lights were still functioning, but after the service and detailing the front bumper LED lights were not working. More
