Scheduled appointment time, didn’t matter. Tried to upsell. Overcharged me. Couldn’t get the computers to work. This is the second time this happened at this dealership. More

Once again, horrible experience. Computers not working, had scheduled appt time, didn’t matter. Tried to update me 2x, overcharged me. I regret buying this expensive extended warranty based on the continued for service I get at this location.
