I was able to easily make an appointment online. Aimee, the service rep, checked me in 15 minutes ahead of time, listening carefully to my concerns. The service was complete in 1.5 hours as promised. (Aimee texted me to let me know it was ready.) Great experience!! Highly recommended. (Free water, coffee and tea plus a pleasant waiting area.) Aimee Gaskill is a Customer Service professional; knowledgeable, honest and sincere. She made sure that the work was done properly and that I understood my charges. She advised me of possible future service requirements. When the service visit was done, she actually walked me to my car. Never had that happen anywhere else through all my years! The dealer showroom has been redone and is functional and comfortable at the same time. I bought my Santa Fe there 14 years ago and all my service (even new tires) has been done AutoNation Hyundai. The service department was able to get me in quickly and make the repairs. They even left my keys with the sales department since I could not get there by the time they closed.
