The Service department manager whose name is Justin was horrible and confrontational and unapologetic to our concerns. He went on to tell us about how short staffed he was and so on. They also tried to charge us more than the original quote. They emailed the cost as 1644 and then attempted to charge us 2000 once we arrived to pick up the car. Shameful and I will tell everyone who will listen. Chris (assistant service manager) was able to resolve the cost issue. I spoke with the General Manager and will go further and speak with the District Manager, Regional Manager and anyone else who will listen with this company. If that means emailing the Vice President and higher. Horrible customer service has no place in business. Justin clearly needs further training. I know nothing will be done, however that will not stop me from speaking up. Justin has ruined any good experiences we have had in the past. More

So everything was good as far as consistency I think if I was to sat there I wouldn’t had to wait long either. More
