At first we were only going to know the price of the vehicles and how much they charged in addition to the price of guarantees and equipment, as the Toyota and Nissan dialers do for ridiculous amounts t vehicles and how much they charged in addition to the price of guarantees and equipment, as the Toyota and Nissan dialers do for ridiculous amounts that in most are not necessary. We decided to do business with you first because of the excellent service we received from the seller Jairo Caudillo and then from the financier Sunghoon IM, second because they are not so aggressive with additional charges, we hope to continue having a good experience with you. . Fast forward a few weeks to last Friday and while I was driving home my alternator failed again. I immediately called HAN and got someone, and I told them I was bringing in the car in on a tow truck again and I confirmed the dealership would be open until 7:00pm. I arrived at 6:40pm to find out service had closed at 5:00pm due to construction and that they would not reopen until Monday morning. Finally, Monday morning arrives and I called and spoke to someone who assured me they would get the car in the bay, inspected and let me know the issue. I told them to make sure a through inspection was done so that I didn’t keep having break-downs on the highway. Supposedly, the inspection revealed that it was in fact a bad alternator and the work would be under warranty, and the inspection revealed no other issues except that I needed two tires. I asked the SA to have the oil changed and wiper blades changed. When I received my bill it was $102 for an oil change and two wiper blades! Yikes! When I picked up the car and drove away the first thing I did was try to clean the windshield…pulled the lever for washer fluid and nothing! They didn’t refill my washer fluid? It was $102 and they didn’t fill the fluid! Next, I went to a restaurant and noticed the reflection in the window and saw I had one headlight burned out. I knew this was burned out but had forgotten to mention it to have it fixed. So much for the 92 point inspection! So, now I am wondering, did they actually change the oil and do the inspection? How do you miss washer fluid and a burned out headlight? Furthermore why did a two or three week old new alternator fail? I was thinking about trading in my car and getting a new one but I won’t be doing that now. I have had other issues with this place which I won’t mention here but let’s just say I am done with this dealership and probably Hyundai altogether. More
Upon arriving I was greeted and told to go into the temporary building to see a service advisor. After about a five minute wait, Aimee waved from her desk toward the back. She verified my information a temporary building to see a service advisor. After about a five minute wait, Aimee waved from her desk toward the back. She verified my information and called the gentleman to take me to the mall. She was very helpful and even texted me after I got to the mall to make sure I had arrived and that the text had gone through. All went well upon check out and she gave me her card with a note to allow me to have a car wash as the wash guys were backed up. she also got someone to check about my front plate which I asked about and another service adviser came out and told me I needed a special framework that I should have gotten when I purchased the vehicle but didn't. Aimee checked the cost if I wanted to purchase it. She was very helpful. More
Once I was able to speak with someone, the service was excellent. We purchased the vehicle from Hyundai Mall of Georgia and have been very satisfied. Making an appointment has been a hassle, and actually speaking with someone is often a chore, but we have always been happy with the service. I would encourage the service department to attempt to return to the speed and efficiency they have provided in the past. 3 to 4 weeks to make an appointment seemed a bit too long and the call center is not friendly or helpful.
