Albert Dennis provided excellent customer service for my repairs. He went over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I am truly grateful to that. On the contrary though I will have to say Aimee Gaskill was very arrogant and disrespectful even when Albert was helping me. I purchased a vehicle online in advance of picking it up the next day. This morning I was to go and pick up and pay/sign the rest of the documents and I was told they decided to keep the car for a demo mod the next day. This morning I was to go and pick up and pay/sign the rest of the documents and I was told they decided to keep the car for a demo model instead. They have another one they offered the next week coming in that they could have kept for a demo instead of the one I bought. The manager did return my call and blamed it on his general manager for miscommunication. I would not buy here, waste of time, and no communication internally between each other or the customer. More
