Chaz is a great customer service rep, I don't know his title but he was great. Texts and calls with updates and answers questions. My 2015 Sonata had to have the engine replaced, he was more helpful than title but he was great. Texts and calls with updates and answers questions. I swore I would never return to this service department, but I had to go back because of a recall. Raymond asked me why I had not been in since purchasing my car over a year ago.
