I received top tier guidance from Peter in the finance department and he was able to keep my monthly payment relatively the same as before while putting me in exactly what I wanted. Willie Coleman in sales was very kind and helpful with making sure I had everything I needed before leaving the lot with a brand new 2023 Kona! He encouraged me to test drive the vehicle for quality assurance, sought to making sure the car had been properly detailed, and he even helped me transfer my items from my old car to my new one to save me time! They worked together to bring me a great experience even though it was completely unplanned! I left feeling like I had been helped and not hassled in any way! When you come to AutoNation Hyundai Mall of GA, be sure to ask for these gentlemen for assistance! More

This is an order from the general manager. And the document fee is said to be 600-700 dollars. MSRP means that the dealer's profit has already been calculated. They think that in this special situation, they are ignoring the rights of customers and taking profits. So I bought the Calligraphy AWD from another dealer with MSRP+199, doc fee+30, title fee,+ sales tax. I wish there is a way to upload the document. More
I would recommend this dealership for sales, but I’m having a hard time with the service department. For my Tuscan, the radio has failed and it is on order for warranty replacement. However, I was ori having a hard time with the service department. For my Tuscan, the radio has failed and it is on order for warranty replacement. However, I was originally told on March 21st that it would take 10 days for the part to come in. Then on March 31st I was told that it would arrive on Monday or Tuesday. And now on April 6th, I’m told that it will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. Three different answers for the same part. For my Hyundai Sonata, I took it in for a routine oil change but was told that I needed all of these other services. The problem was that I had those services completed on time at another Hyundai dealer, not in the AutoNation chain. Doesn’t Hyundai have an overall database that shows the maintenance completed at any Hyundai dealer. I would like a call from somebody that can influence any solutions on either of these problems.
