So everything was good as far as consistency I think if I was to sat there I wouldn’t had to wait long either. More

Beware of the transmission in the 2024 Santa Fe. Mine went out at only 4 weeks old. They said that it would take over a month. They ask if I just wanted to trade for another car. I said yes. We test drove and decided to sit down for paperwork, a joke. I paid $47,400 for my car and they first only wanted to give us $39,000 for my car. We refused anything except what we paid. We continued to go back and forth over this when they said that they would give me $41,000. Are you crazy? Would not let us speak, they were to busy over speaking us. I left crying my eyes out and no car. Even the general manager said that all they would do is wholesale our car because nobody would want it. When I said by having another transmission would decrease my value, not to mention this should not of happen in the first place. For a place that prides on their customer service, this was a disgrace. Zero stars!!!! Would never buy anything from them. Still with no car. And also Shawn the salesman got very overly demanding with us. Did not listen to our needs at all. More
