I spent a full day to fly in with the anticipation of driving home in my new used corvette. The car had 6000 miles on it and worn out front and rear tires that nobody bothered to mention to me. I didn’t ask cause I’ve never heard of a new car using up a set of tires in 6000 miles. They made no effort to even discuss fixing this problem or at least compromise on a solution. Then they wouldn’t give me a ride to the airport when I walked on the $72000 dollar deal. I spent $80 on an Uber and I bought a $350 airline ticket and left this xxx dealership and it’s ”sales” manager to find another fish. I feel lucky it didn’t cost me more. This sales manager couldn’t sell an F16 to the Ukrainians. Just useless. I wouldn’t take a chance on buying anything from these people through just descriptions and pictures cause it’s gonna cost you a bunch of time and money if they treat you like they treated me. More

I bought a certified used 2018 Elantra which promptly died after taking it out of the dealership with a bad battery. Two months later the clutch slave cylinder died and the dealership can't get the exten died after taking it out of the dealership with a bad battery. Two months later the clutch slave cylinder died and the dealership can't get the extended warranty I bought sorted out, the car is in service for three weeks. I am very disappointed in the quality of the service department after having a wonderful sales experience. More
Our sales rep (Eddy) did a fantastic job with our company's purchase. I initially had trouble getting responses from a more local dealer which was very surprising as we were purchasing two units as company's purchase. I initially had trouble getting responses from a more local dealer which was very surprising as we were purchasing two units as a cash transaction. We needed the Santa Cruz base model and the vehicles had to be white. After no response I tried one more time through the Hyundia overall website. A few questions from the chatbot and next thing I am connected with Eddy and Edward from the AutoNation location. They both were fantastic overall and reversed the course on the poor experience I originally received from the previous dealership. Well done to the Autonation team and we will be purchasing two more units from Eddy in team in the very near future. More
