From the receptionist to the salesmen, our experience was terrible. Absolutely no customer service skills and complete lack of communication on their part. Took 4 days to even get a response from them after terrible. Absolutely no customer service skills and complete lack of communication on their part. Took 4 days to even get a response from them after I made several calls. I was told numerous times they would get back to me, without doing so. I had to initiate every call and the process was extremely exhausting. Finally after tracking down a head sales manager, I was finally given an answer, after being told they would call me to let me know the decision. (Of course I had to call to find this out as well) I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will also be telling everyone about my experience with them. The excuse that a salesman is "new", does not make up for conducting a business in this manner. Completely ridiculous in my book. A little common courtesy goes a long way as does customer service.
