We negotiated the deals via email and had initially decided to go with Rick Case Kia. The problem was that when we took the time to go over to Rick Case Kia they refused to honor the deal that they had agreed to in email. Very much like the typical "bad car salesman" experience you hear about so often. At that point we were done with Rick Case and Kia in general and decided to talk further with AutoNation Hyundai. That turned out to be an excellent experience. We negotiated with Joel Allen the sales manager and El Rico Williams via email and agreed on a deal. When we walked into the AutoNation dealership the experience couldn't have been more different that the Rick Case experience. They were pleasant, professional and great to deal with. They confirmed the price we discussed, completed the paperwork quickly - even going through the financing (better rate than our credit union) with the Business Manager, Wesley, was a very painless experience. None of the "hard sell" normally associated with that part of the car sell. I highly recommend taking your business to Joel and El Rico at AutoNation, I'm certainly glad we did. More

Wille demonstrated so much patience with me. He wasn't pushy. He didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted. He helped me find the car I wanted to achieve my goals. I would recommend Willie to anyone looking for a new car for the best price with no hassle! My only recommendation would be for the finance person to be just as kind after you turn him down for the add on service plan, extended warranty etc. as he was before. The buyers purchase or denial of these plans should not affect his behavior. I understand that this is his job to sell these products, but they are not for every educated consumer and this should not change how you are treated. More
