Replacement car after auto accident I was forced to find a new car in a hurry after being involved in a car accident earlier this month. Even though it was under unfortunate circumstance I was forced to find a new car in a hurry after being involved in a car accident earlier this month. Even though it was under unfortunate circumstances, my car buying experience was exceptional and I would definitely recommended anyone at least stopping by if in the market for a new/used car. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from an AutoNation and I have been extremely impressed both times. Starting with arrival at the dealership, no one ran up to me like the regular stereotypical car salesman. Once walking inside I was greeted by Michael McKinley, one of the sales consultants. He was very patient with me while I tried to explain what I wanted (when I wasn't even sure if I knew!). He took the time to show me multiple cars meeting my qualifications and inside my price range. I took some time looking around myself and going to other dealerships that day but ended up back at AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia because of the exceptional customer service I had already experienced. Long story short, both Michael and Curtis were able to assist me in test driving a few of their used Hyundai Tucsons (I was in the market for a small SUV after my previous Hyundai Santa Fe had been totaled). I ended up finding one that was the right fit at the perfect price (well below estimated value on various websites) and honestly had fun doing it. I even had to return my rental car by myself somehow and they assisted me in driving to Enterprise and driving me back to the dealership. BONUS: After dealing with all the paperwork and working with Wesley in finance (who was also amazing!) and being handed the key to my new car, I realized when I got back home that I did not have the keyless remote fob or an owner's manual. I was able to go back up there the following weekend and they took care of both issues for me in a few hours. More

Enjoyable car buying experience with friendly staff! They were not pushy at all. I had just been to another dealership earlier that day that asked, "So what can we do to put you in a car today." I made it known to Auto Nation that I was "just looking" and they offered their help without insisting on a purchase. I looked at vehicles at another dealership, but their stock was really low. So, between the friendliness of the staff and the stock having exactly what I wanted, I found myself back at Auto Nation to buy my car. More
