Another Great Experience This was our 2nd car purchase from this dealership in less than a month. Elizabeth worked with us over the internet to arrange price on new car and to This was our 2nd car purchase from this dealership in less than a month. Elizabeth worked with us over the internet to arrange price on new car and to have car ready when we got there. The sales Manager El Rico offered us a very good deal on our trade in (which had minor damage to front bumper). The car was ready our front, detailed with welcome VIP mat. Elizabeth spent time going over all the features of the car and making sure the car was perfect for us. We watched her going over a second car for another customer. She went over the car with the detailer very carefully to make sure was perfect and no spots. The General Manager Lance stopped by to make sure we were happy and being taken care of. Finance department worked hard to earn our business, we advised we were already approved through our credit union with a very good rate (2.29%), he asked if he could try to beat the rate do loan for us. He was able to get a us a better rate of 2.09%. The whole team went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of and happy. This dealership is 2 1/2 hours away and we would go back to buy from them again even with the long drive. Of all the cars I have ever bought, I have never been treated so well from start to end (including after the sale). More

I came back to Autonation Hyundai Mall of GA several times to do follow up test drives to compare the Hyundai vechicles to other models that I was considering. Each time I came back to the dealership, the sales representative was very professional and I never felt any pressure to make an on-the-spot decision to make a purchase. This was not the case at most of the other car dealerships that I visited. This could not be further from the truth when it came to AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia. The quote they gave us online was EXACTLY what they offered when we got there. They had our car in stock, they let us test drive it, and most of all they listened to us. After going to 2 other dealerships and playing the "car" game, we ended up here - we were in and out in 2 hours. Aaron Jackson walked us through pricing, he ensured we were getting the best deal, and he worked with our budget. I would return to him and to this dealership ANYTIME for my future Hyundai needs. I would recommend them to anyone. More
