Dishonest dealer — I initially purchased an extended warranty and then cancelled within a week. The sales person said I had thirty days to cancel and get a full, prompt refund. My car had been on the AutoNation Hyundai Mall of Georgia parking lot for 8 months due to Hyundai provided part's back order. They had always responded to me in same day whenever I sent an email. In addition, they had updated any information to me in a timely manner. They had patiently communicated the Hyundai on behalf of customer. In order to satisfy customer, they had requested Hyundai a good will warranty on behalf of customer besides the warranty claim. I'm very impressed with their quality of services. More
I was able to easily make an appointment online. Aimee, the service rep, checked me in 15 minutes ahead of time, listening carefully to my concerns. She offered a shuttle if we wanted to go get something to eat. She later followed up on an issue I had with the car, giving me instructions on how to follow up with Hyundai. The service was complete in 1.5 hours as promised. (Aimee texted me to let me know it was ready.) Great experience!! Highly recommended. (Free water, coffee and tea plus a pleasant waiting area.)
