2017 Hyundai purchase This dealership was one of the three through the buying program (True Car) that my employer offered. I was disappointed that the vehicle that I selec This dealership was one of the three through the buying program (True Car) that my employer offered. I was disappointed that the vehicle that I selected (Hyundai Sonata) would have been in the same price range as the one I purchased using the True Car program but yet the sales representative stated that I was not approved for that vehicle (Hyundai Sonata). Upon signing my paperwork, I was told by the finance manager that I would not received the discounted rate through my employer. With all things considered, I would not have made the purchase through this dealership if I had know that they were not going to apply the discount through my employer. Once all the documents were sign, the finance manager indicated that there was something on my record that would not allow them to print my temporary tag. Visited both facilities (tag and DMV) to discover nothing was on my record. Left numerous calls for finance manager on his cell and office along with the sale rep for a request for return call. I was very disappointed that neither returned my car until I started placing call to other individuals in the dealer through the receptionist. The sales rep then called me back and communicated that he sent an email to someone in administration and they would call me. I communicated my frustration to him and again in my disappointment he felt that the matter was funny and gave a hearty laugh. I seriously doubt that I would be able to recommend the dealership for someone with car buying need. More
