Our salesperson, Edward Chu, was referred to us by Elizabeth Van Heusden who had sold us three new Hyundai vehicles since 2011. Elizabeth Van Heusden has gotten to know us very well and what we look for in new vehicles. Since Elizabeth is no longer in sales, she referred us to Edward Chu because she wanted us to be taken care of as good as she would have if she were still in sales. Edward listened to our requirements for a new vehicle and financing options and he delivered a great vehicle and a very good deal. It was not explained to me at the time of purchase that the extended warranty I purchased was for Autonation only, not a Hyundai warranty. I submitted cancellation on February 24, 2107, well in advance of the 60 day no penalty cancellation deadline. Calls to Jay Zuck, Wesley Kim, and Jeff Godwin have gone unanswered. My sales rep did call me back and said it would take 8 weeks for accounting to process the refund. It is now May 19,2017, well past 8 weeks and I'm still waiting on the money owed to me. This is deplorable customer. service. I would not recommend this dealership! More
