They knew approximately what time we were going to arrive, and I'm pretty sure they know how long it takes to go through the steps of purchasing a car. The detail shop was gone when we got done, I ended up having to clean my own vehicle. I also wasn't properly walked through the vehicle after the purchase. It was literally a "here's the key" experience. I'm sure this location would be great, but don't show up near closing time. More
