I received a same day quick appointment,, received a loaner for no additional charge and service was completed a day earlier. Cons- In the past I revived military veterans discount, however this time loaner for no additional charge and service was completed a day earlier. Cons- In the past I revived military veterans discount, however this time around I was told there is no longer veterans discount due to the vast amount of veterans in the area. That didn’t make sense to me, but definitively a turn off for future service, if I could get a better deal somewhere else. Either way, thank you for the good service. Semper Fi and God speed. More
Excellent service visit Appointment was for Smart Trunk issue. Problem was identified as torsion bar(s) malfunction in Sonata vehicle trunks, the subject of outstanding Cl Appointment was for Smart Trunk issue. Problem was identified as torsion bar(s) malfunction in Sonata vehicle trunks, the subject of outstanding Class Action lawsuit. Service personnel could not repair, necessitating ordering replacement parts. This was done without any hassle, and repair completed in very timely matter. The dealership does not stand behind the product it sells. The vehicle has been driven only 3100 miles since purchased. The wheel bearings and according to the service center the ball joints and tie r sells. The vehicle has been driven only 3100 miles since purchased. I will never buy another car from peacock again and I have purchased 3 card from them previously. More

Exceptional We had a vehicle problem and while visiting Hilton Head from out of state. We contacted Peacock Hyundai and they suggested we bring the vehicle in. We had a vehicle problem and while visiting Hilton Head from out of state. We contacted Peacock Hyundai and they suggested we bring the vehicle in. The service department received our vehicle on short notice and did a diagnostic check, battery installation, software update and washed the vehicle. All work was performed in a very timely manner and we could not have been more satisfied. Our Hyundai advisor on this day was Jeffrey Lewis and he was pleasant, personable and thorough. Our overall experience with Peacock Hyundai was exceptional. More

Had to replace the 4th handle of car. Not offered discount for unpainted handle that cost me $125 (4th handle!). Very Disappointed. Had a $10 off coupon left in my car.
