I purchased my Elantra last year along with the service plan for oil changes. Upon appointment, the service department informed us that this program started after 30 months, that is not correct, but they plan for oil changes. An appointment to essentially get an oil change took over four weeks. Then, when this was completed at the dealers, the service agent on my car went missing in action, adding at least 30 minutes to what was four weeks. After waiting 3 weeks for a part and another 3 weeks for an appointment I brought the car in to be repaired. I waited 2 hours while they installed the part only to be told they needed additional parts that an appointment I brought the car in to be repaired. I waited 2 hours while they installed the part only to be told they needed additional parts that needed to be ordered. I am now again waiting for the parts and then will have to wait for another appointment. I believe this was either misdiagnosed or not fully diagnosed. It shouldn't take over 3 months to get a vehicle repaired. More
There has been ongoing computer issues with my new car. Several have been safety issues. This dealership has done basically nothing but make excuses. Do yourself a favor and buy a used car out- of- warranty, so you can have an independent shop, there’s a lot of them around, to maintain it. This dealership owes me service for this new car, but they don’t deliver. Beware!!! More
