Oil change went fine, but no car wash as before when Peacock owned it. Also no guest WiFi which is really annoying when one has to wait hours. And as I got out of the car returning from the dealership, internal lights didn’t come on. What did they do? More
Charged a ridiculous price of $168.00 just to determine a check engine light. Then they couldn't even be sure of exactly what needed to be fixed. I also had a discount certificate and it took 2 people about check engine light. Then they couldn't even be sure of exactly what needed to be fixed. I also had a discount certificate and it took 2 people about 15 minutes to figure out how to use it. Unless there's a recall I will never go back to the dealer for service. More

First let me address the positive aspects... 1) The dealership and waiting area are very clean and inviting. 2) The check-in process and receiving area for the service department was well-organized. 3) Mickey, my service advisor was very professional and mostly pleasant to deal with. The glitches.... 1) My car model/year info was not correct when I got my confirmation email for my appointment. I tried to correct it via email, (email was acknowledged), but I noticed that the info had not been amended when I received my receipt for the scheduled maintenance visit. 2) When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that my car wasn't actually due for scheduled maintenance for another 3k miles, (yet I had input my mileage when I requested the appointment and scheduled based on the sticker on my windshield placed by the dealership where I purchased my vehicle). !!!!!Why wasn't I informed of that prior to taking a day off from work to bring my car in for service?!?! 3) I opted to proceed with the scheduled service, albeit a bit early in regards to the actual mileage, and asked specifically if this would count as my "scheduled maintenance" because it would be a huge inconvenience for me to take another day off of work in a month or two... I was told that yes, it would be fine to service it early...yet the service info has not been input into my maintenance tracker on Hyundai USA or Carfax...So will it be??? Other glitches... 4) Both the driver's side door and passenger side door, interior & exterior, had oily fingerprints/smudges. Apparently the techs do not remove/change gloves between doing the oil change and touching the door handles, etc... No paper mats were put over my carpet floor mats to protect them during service. 5) I'm not actually certain that my tires were rotated, yet I was charged for that service. There was rim rash on my driver's side front rim when I purchased the car and I noticed that the rim with the rash was still in that same position after the supposed tire rotation...Perhaps I misunderstood how tire rotations happen; maybe tires themselves are removed and not entire rim w/tire moved to new position? My service advisor told me they move the whole wheel, but when I mentioned that rim was still in the same position he argued that the intake photos of my car had blurry wheels but he was sure it was on the rear wheel when I brought it in. This for sure was not the case, as I painstakingly went over this vehicle with a fine tooth comb when I purchased it, and I know where every imperfection is. 6) I hope that this service will be input into the scheduled serviced maintenance system, because I don't want my warranty to be nullified by not fulfilling the scheduled maintenance in a timely manner. Will it be??? I hope that future visits will be a bit better. I value integrity, honesty, and attention to detail. Mostly, this is a nice dealership, with a decent service department, but a bit more attention to detail and better communication would be much appreciated. More
