My last was less than ideal. My wait time was too long without any explanation. I left without my next visit notification/reminder (windshield)being updated. The two are my major concerns. The waiting area was clean and hospitable, unfortunately that is not a factor. My odometer was 500+ miles under the recommended suggestion for my return and was due to travel to Augusta, Ga. I was tempted to have my auto returned to me and me make reservation to have services done there. More

After 15 years of working with this dealership (6 different Hyundai's), we have moved to Mt. Pleasant, SC (This dealership is in Bluffton, SC). Due to difficulty arranging Service in Mt. Serenity was amazing. She kept me informed and made sure everything was done according to the order. After she called me to pick up the car she noticed something wasn’t done. With one exception over the past dozen or so years at this dealership, Mickey has always provided a great service experience. Oil change-tire rotation went fine, my past regular maintenance visits all fluids were check but not this time... no car wash or vacuum/sanitize....as before when Peacock owned it.
