My service advisor Mickey was very nice and personally deserves five stars. AutoNation however is the worst company I've ever dealt with in the car business. Their Savannah location was unprofessional and deserves five stars. AutoNation however is the worst company I've ever dealt with in the car business. Their Savannah location was unprofessional and incompetent. To get my car back working it took 6 months and 41 days in the shop for something that should have been a one day fix. When I initially got my car back they made the repair and correctly resulting in additional damages and then incorrectly diagnosed those. The GM of the Savannah store is unresponsive and their corporate office does not respond to customers. I have a case that I followed up on no less than 20 times and have been waiting 90 days with no reply. As great as Mickey was, I would literally take my business anywhere but automation and I certainly would never buy another Hyundai. I am still waiting on a $1,800 rental car reimbursement. More

Called for an appointment as their online appointment for servicing did not work. I made an appointment for a 90,000 mile check up and first appointment was three weeks out. When I dropped off the car, they had the wrong type of service noted- oil change and tire rotation- nothing else. They then told me I would need to leave the car overnight. Thank goodness the person who dropped me off waited and I was free the next to pick up. If I had plans this would have been an issue. Car was ready the next day as promised before noon and servicing was fine. They need to train the people on the phone to understand what a customer needs and the amount of time it takes. More
