Worse service ever. Spent 300$ for 15000 mile check to be told car is fine. Next day check engine light on????? When called told they would not check for a month as they won’t do walk ins and I could come in and sit all day! The rep was very rude! I was so disgusted went to have it checked at another auto shop and it cost another $ 134. The light did go off and auto nation should have checked it out for me after I spent 300$. Never again! More

My car was recalled and I had to have the trunk latch fixed. They did it in a timely manner and were very polite and professional. However, I already had it fixed and had to pay because it broke in May 1 fixed. They did it in a timely manner and were very polite and professional. However, I already had it fixed and had to pay because it broke in May 1921 and they told me it would take at least six weeks to fix it and there was no way to tie it down. They were no help whatsoever. My husband was dying and I had to drive to Charleston which is a considerable distance from my home in Bluffton for an operation that I had to go to an independent station to have it fixed. I made an appointment and it took them one day. Because of that I’m never going to buy another Hyundai although all my last cars were that brand. Have they been more sympathetic and tried to help in someway it would have made a difference. I More
