No problem with dealership or the employees except, once again, it took over a month to get an appointment. My real problem is with Hyundai. I was told the compressor for my 2013 Sonata was an aftermarket p again, it took over a month to get an appointment. My real problem is with Hyundai. I was told the compressor for my 2013 Sonata was an aftermarket part and was no longer made. Instead, the compressor would have to be rebuilt for $2,800. No Thanks. Not happy! More
Overall I am always happy with the dealer, this time I noticed a few glitches, after I picked the car up, I noticed the car's service reminder was not reset, I also asked for windshield reminder sticker, noticed a few glitches, after I picked the car up, I noticed the car's service reminder was not reset, I also asked for windshield reminder sticker, but one of the service advisor told me>>they no longer have because the car's service reminder should be indicate to return for maintenance...sounds good, unfortunately neither was helpful, another observation, where are the cars on the showroom floor??. Beautiful building, but empty show room, the sales people should approach the waiting customers with the latest information's of the new models. I am sure people would love to see the new technology,updates. You can sell it if you don't show them. Overall always pleased More
One early morning, I had to drop something off in Hilton Head. As I drove, the Hyundai dealership caught my eye. On the way back, I stopped in and even though I had no appointment, they worked me in for 2 Head. As I drove, the Hyundai dealership caught my eye. My time spent waiting was in a very clean and friendly environment. More
