I went in on Fri there were no technicians working and told to come back on Tue. Because my engine light was on, and I couldn’t get the car to go over 62 mph so I went to Auto tech and they slipped me in told to come back on Tue. Because my engine light was on, and I couldn’t get the car to go over 62 mph so I went to Auto tech and they slipped me in to get on the computer. Found a recall of that engine . Treated me Great on my Tue return! A+ !! More
Because of supply chain issues many of the parts needed for the repair of my Tuscon were on back order. My service advisor Brett kept me informed about the status of the parts on a regular basis. NEVER use this dealer! They sold me a 100,000 mile, 10 year warranty and will not honor their commitment. I have 77,500 miles on my Equus. A parking sensor broke and they claim it is part of the trim package and not covered by warranty. I maintain it is part of the electronic and safety system and should be covered. They want $1200 to replace the sensor and the front bumper! How can you deal with any company that doesn't honor their warranty? Another issue was communication. I took the car in 4-5 months ago and they had to order the sensor. It came in and nobody contacted me. I had to call them months later only to learn the part had come in but nobody bothered to call me. More
Auto Nation purchased the dealership in Hardeeville where I’d bought my Santa Fe last year. I was concerned about the change in ownership when I brought my car in for its first (free!) scheduled maintenance I’d bought my Santa Fe last year.
