The rep I dealt with was courteous, professional and sought me out in the busy showroom to explain the work on my car as well as letting me know the work status and when the estimated completion time wa sought me out in the busy showroom to explain the work on my car as well as letting me know the work status and when the estimated completion time was. First I had to wait approx. 3 wks.to get an appointment just to get my car looked at, then they tell me that I have to wait another 1 to 2 wks. for the work to be done. The service staff was just fine. I spoke with the service director and the staff. I waited for about an hour or so and they texted me to pick up the car. There was an issue with the apple car play and the service folks tried to help me but they did not understand the apple carplay and how it worked. So they got a salesman who helped fix my issue and I was satisfied. I had a decent experience with the staff. More
I thought it was great until I brought my car in for low pressure on. Front driver tire. They told me all tires were low, nothing wrong with tire. Two days later, front tire had 23 lbs of air. Went to Wal M pressure on. Front driver tire. They told me all tires were low, nothing wrong with tire. Two days later, front tire had 23 lbs of air. Went to Wal Mart for air and made appointment to bring car in on Friday. When I insisted that the tire was low, they took it apart. Sure enough there was a sharp object in tire, requiring me to get a new tire. That should of been done on Monday, especially when I told them we put air in tire, and we lost it. More
