My experience at Auto Nation Hyundai was very positive. I noted the staff at the desk were very pleasant and Mickey in particular handled the close out in a professional manner. I asked why I wasn’t given a mileage sticker the last time and he showed me how to see it on my dashboard. Knowing I’d rather have a sticker, he had one made for me and attached it to my windshield. Brett called me to let me know the tow truck arrived with my car to the service center. I explained the problem. He let me know what the issue was and that it was covered under warranty. I was also informed my car to the service center. I explained the problem. He let me know what the issue was and that it was covered under warranty. I was also informed that the cabin filter could stand to be changed and provided a photo but said it could wait until next visit, no sales pressure. I asked if an oil change could be performed at this visit which was done. I could not have asked for better communication nor a more pleasant person to deal with. This is not the first time I have dealt with Brett and each time it has been a solid, friendly and informative experience. Will continue to use this service center. Thank you Brett! More
