I always take my Azera and Sonata to this dealer. The staff are friendly, the lounge is comfortable and they always tell me what is needed and how much it will cost before they do any work. Customer service at this location is mediocre at best. Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner, or not at all. Thank you for helping me out. As I was getting into my car in Beaufort SC to head home in the Atlanta area I noticed that the tire had a bulge in my tire. I went to a tire dealer As I was getting into my car in Beaufort SC to head home in the Atlanta area I noticed that the tire had a bulge in my tire. I went to a tire dealer in Beaufort but they couldn't get the tire until the next day. Being a Hyunda, I contacted the dealer and they quickly located a tire. They had it delivered while I drove to the dealership. I waited in a nice clean waiting area while the the tire was mounted. then I was on my way. my only Complaint was no tea bags for hot tea. More

Tried to sell me an engine air filter that didn’t need replaced. Poor business practice!! It’s all about higher $$ ticket averages for the employees and managers.
