I left my two cars last week for service, the customer service was very bad, they did not explain to me what maintenance they did and they did not give me paperwork, they did not wash the cars and the att service was very bad, they did not explain to me what maintenance they did and they did not give me paperwork, they did not wash the cars and the attention was very limited. I came in for a recall on my Santa Fe. This was the second time I was here for the same recall ,as with the first time ,two hours later my vehicle is ready only to be told it needed another part for the recall. I am very disappointed that I have to come in for a third time.(I live 1 Hour Drive time away two hours round-trip. this recall has been going on for at least eight months. Super disappointing you don’t have the correct things needed to fix your recall. It feels very unprofessional and disorganized. I love my Hyundai not so happy about what’s going on at the dealership at the moment. More
