Excellent service. I made an appointment for Tuesday morning. Took way too long on the repairs, but it was VERY reasonably priced. It has been some time since I have used a dealership and took it in for recalls that had to be fixed so maybe this particular deal reasonably priced. It speaks highly for them that they are in that demand, The day I did pick up my car they were quite busy. Another plus, is they have gone to each service writer taking payments rather than a cashier. This saves on the cashier having to hunt down a service writer due to a question by each customer. More
My very first experience was not pleasant as the salesman was not willing to negotiate price. He didn’t even call after me expressing the vehicle I wanted was indeed a Hyundai. The second visit was for a maintenance as I did purchase a Hyundai else where. The girl in the service department was very rude when I dropped my vehicle off as I was asking general questions about maintenance and her responses where not appropriate as I was not being rude. When I went to pick my vehicle up Carl I believe his name was, was very patient and answered all the same questions I asked the unnamed girl. He gave me lots a information about my vehicle and overall was very helpful. More
