Excellent service! The Service staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. One's car is available when promised unless additional service is required or needed. The gentleman that worked the counter had my receipt in his hand and he was about to enter my info in the computer to check me out, when he stopped and started helping another customer and left me there on his hand and he was about to enter my info in the computer to check me out, when he stopped and started helping another customer and left me there on hold. Instead he should hAve told the customer that he would be with them in a moment and continued with checking me out. To make matters worse I had my toddler with me and it was dinner time. The service I was to receive was to change My signal bulbs, instead they only changed one. Price was outrageous for a small bulb. Hyundai needs to be a little more customer friendly in the service center, the gentleman in service center acted as if he hates his job. He was not welcoming, he look tire he didn’t want to be bothered. More
