My experience was excellent! When I got there and saw all th he construction going on, I got a little stress of what the service was going to be like. To my surprise, Mr. Rodriguez was busy but when it was my turn He made me feel very comfortable and gave me all the attention needed to feel welcome and to feel comfortable. And then Mr. Leo, the salesman that sold me the car 15 months ago greeted me and made me feel even better. He visited with me for awhile. That helped a lot. Before I left he told me that if I needed anything, just call him. Mr Rodriguez made sure that I was ok with the car when it was deliver to me. Oh, the sales personnel in the trailer made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. And they were very friendly and hospitable. Thank you Hyundai for employing such professionals to take care of us customers! More
This was a somewhat nice experience overall. I only had a few problems, one was there was no negotiating any deals but then we found this to be true with other dealers also. As one of the new ca I only had a few problems, one was there was no negotiating any deals but then we found this to be true with other dealers also. As one of the new car managers told us, "this is a seller market, so we don't have to deal. There are others waiting to buy and we usually sell vehicles before we can even get them off the truck". Two, we were shown very little of the options for the vehicle and had to guess how to operate them on our way home this includes the cruise control. Three, when I asked a question as to why we had to buy some of the items listed on the window sticker that were listed as "additional items" and cost over $500.00, we were told that it was a Hyundai Manufacturer's requirement and that the dealership had nothing to do with it. And that it could not be reduced from the price even though I could have bought almost the same items for less money elsewhere. This was done with a bit of smugness. With less than 200 miles on the automobile, I really do not expect to have any problems at this time. More
