This is my first Hyundai and I absolutely LOVE it! They actually listened to my needs, my expectations and my limits. Even though the inventory was very low because of trying times nationally, my representative took the time to locate a vehicle that checked all my boxes and was on the way to their dealership. He put my name on it and it arrived just when he said it would. The finance manager that helped me with all the payment scheduling and warranties was a delight and I was out of there in 2 1/2 hours! 2 1/2 hours only because there were 2 people in front of me. At the moment you are doing a remodel, and the employees are in a makeshift portable with a lot of distraction and a lot of noise. I came in for a recall on my Santa Fe. This was the second time I was here for the same recall ,as with the first time ,two hours later my vehicle is ready only to be told it needed another part for the recall. I am very disappointed that I have to come in for a third time.(I live 1 Hour Drive time away two hours round-trip. this recall has been going on for at least eight months. Super disappointing you don’t have the correct things needed to fix your recall. It feels very unprofessional and disorganized. I love my Hyundai not so happy about what’s going on at the dealership at the moment. More
