I brought my Hyundai in to take care of a recall related issue. I was greeted courteously and professionally by the service tech and my car was ready within the timeframe he quoted me. Very pleased with this dealership from the time I called to schedule a service appointment with Justin until the service was completed and I left the dealership. All the employees I spoke to on the phone o to schedule a service appointment with Justin until the service was completed and I left the dealership. All the employees I spoke to on the phone or in person were very courteous and helpful. I was welcomed in the service department by Taz when I arrived and he, kept me informed and updated on the progress on my vehicle. He was very kind and helpful throughout my visit. The dealership is excellent! I brought my car in for maintenance and the technician explain everything to me in a professional manner. They performed the maintenance in a very timely manner. After picking my car up and looking at the invoice, I notice that they also perform a recall item that was suppose be done in January 2022. I told the technician and told me that they went ahead with the recall repair since the parts were in. How THOUGHTFUL!! They really saved me time with the recall repair. Now that's SERVICE! More
