They had my car for over 2 months went to pick it up car broke down less then5 miles away from there shop. Now has a problem with starter and battery won't hold a charge did not have that problem before the broke down less then5 miles away from there shop. They will not ever get my business from me again. More
They have the best service department, I would rate them as AAA+++.I would be glad to have them work on my vehicle. I am totally dissatisfied with the service I received from this Service Manager (Brennan). Unfortunately, over the holiday break, my husband and I had to bring our vehicle in several times for the same p from this Service Manager (Brennan). Unfortunately, over the holiday break, my husband and I had to bring our vehicle in several times for the same problem. This occurred after we were told the repairs were complete. Additionally, the vehicle was under warranty ( because we only had the vehicle one month prior) and the Service Manager seemed reluctant and to take care of the problem. Three different times, we left the dealership when the Check Engine light came on within 5 miles, 20 miles, and approximately 25 miles. My husband and I had to cancel our vacation due to the vehicle not being properly repaired. We made several trips back and forth to the dealership (dropping it off and picking it back up.) The Service Manager was rude, however Taz was very helpful, professional, and willing to explain the vehicle's problem. He was always polite whenever we encountered him. Great Job Taz! It seems that you should be the Service Manager. More
