Ive never had a bad experience at Hyundai of Columbus. I was welcomed apon arrival and the staff are always nice. They were a little busy but I felt seen. The staff was friendly in the service & parts departments but my appointment did not go well. When I booked installation for side boards on my SUV I was told it was a quick, straightforward job. After arriving on time, then waiting for 30 minutes, someone came out and told me it would take 3 hours and cost $615 for the installation. At first I thought that included the cost of the side boards themselves ($500) but no, it was just for the installation. That seemed way too much and I felt as though I was being taken advantage of. The resulting situation, I’m looking for a mechanic to do the install of these factory side boards I have already paid for. More
Thank you Autonation Hyundai for taking good care of my car and replacing the starter. But again, attention to detail is lacking. There was mechanics grease on my driver's door. Yuck!
